Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your account and associated personal information cannot be recovered.

  • ✕ Phone number
  • ✕ Selected district
  • ✕ Wallet coins / wallet balance
  • ✕ Booking history and user-specific booking information
  • ✕ Notifications
  • ✕ Slot availability watches / preferences
  • ✕ FCM / device tokens
  • ✕ Other profile information provided by you
  • ✕ Other user-specific account data associated with the account
🔄 What happens after deletion?

You can sign up again later using the same mobile number.

However, your new account will be completely fresh. Your previous name, district, wallet balance, booking history, preferences, and other account information will NOT be restored.

If you currently have an upcoming booking, your account cannot be deleted until that booking is completed.
